Ms. Fite is responsible for advising clients during the developing stages of the class action claims administration process, from pre-settlement planning through settlement in all class action practice areas. With over ten years of relevant legal industry experience, Ms. Fite plays a valuable role consulting with current and prospective clients offering practical approaches, strategic advice, and customized solutions. As both a former class action attorney and business development attorney at a leading plaintiff class action firm, she focused her practice on ERISA and Consumer Protection actions as well as securities litigation. Ms. Fite also provided substantial research assistance in the authorship of law review articles related to the Dodd-Frank Act. More recently, Ms. Fite served as a director of client relations and development for one of the largest class action settlement administrators where she was involved in many large and complex class action settlement administrations, including the Countrywide Mortgage-Backed Securities Litigation and RALI Mortgage-Backed Securities Litigation settlements. Ms. Fite has a juris doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law and a B.A. from New York University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
