In 2019, the Digital Self Help team at the JCC completed a pilot project exploring opportunities for technology to improve the end-to-end experience for self represented litigants. In this session, the team will present research findings, prototypes, and a new opportunity for self help professionals to reimagine the future of online legal assistance offered by the JCC. After the presentation, the Digital Self Help team will lead a hands-on work session: participants will help shape some of the early content for the new SRL portal and learn skills they can apply to increase access to justice online -  and off.
