Sang Banh is the director of the Systemic/Impact litigation practice group at Inland Counties Legal Services Inc. Inland Counties Legal Services (“ICLS”) is a non-profit 501c(3) corporation
dedicated to securing justice and equality for low income people in the communities of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, through counsel, advice, advocacy and community education. Her work focuses on impact litigation involving a broad array of legal issues including Housing Element Law. She has practiced law in California for 16 years in and has been with ICLS for 13 years.
