Project Specialist
Jake Swamp is the Project Specialist of the Northern California Tribal Court Coalition(NCTCC), a tribally-chartered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to improve awareness, exercise of jurisdiction and increased access to tribal courts in our region. His projects include Self-Help Mobile Applications for Victims of Crime and designing new court forms for a tribal court.
Jake started working for NCTCC last year before that he worked with the Yurok Indian Housing Authority as an executive assistant, before that he did a lot of volunteer work with various non-profits, primarily as a web developer. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University and recently completed NOVA’s Victim Assistance Academy training. Jake is an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin
